摘要: 为了对现代军盔、防护面具等进行合理的外形和配件优化设计,须获取我军男兵的头面部三维特征和曲面信息,现有一维尺寸标准已不再满足需要。CT测量结合计算机图形处理是人体测量学的新兴领域,本文首次将其应用于头颅外型获取。由于各头型标本形状、尺寸很不同,佩盔方位角各异,给盔型设计应用带来不便,因此提出了“标准头型”的概念。继而提出参考头模的分档算法,并制作了铝模,用于我军头盔的分号和盔形工效提高。

Abstract: In order to correctly optimize the shape and the attachments of modern helmets and protective masks, the three dimensional characteristics and curvature information of the soldiers’ head-face must be obtained because the existing one dimensional standards can no longer meet the requirements. Computerized tomography (CT) scan combined with computer graphic treatment is a new field in anthropometry, and is relied upon in measuring headforms in this paper. Due to extreme varieties in the sizes and shapes and dif?ferent alignment orientations of heads, it is not convenient in the design of helmets. Consequently, a new concept standard head” and the sizing algorithm of reference headforms are put forward, and an aluminum model is made. They can help to size helmets and improve the ergonomic aspects in their shape.
