摘要: 稳定变应力作用下机械零件的疲劳强度可靠性设计需要校核零件危险截面处的安全程度和计算可靠度,以检验是否达到设计要求。由于许用极限应力的变化与工作应力的增长规律有关,使计算危险截面处的可靠度比较困难。本文通过研究应力集中、尺寸和表面状态对零件极限应力的影响,以及寿命系数的影响,在应力循环特性为常数情况下,工作点分别位于疲劳区和塑性区时,利用可靠性工程技术,得出了该种情况下疲劳强度可靠度设计方法。

Abstract: In the fatigue strength design of mechanical parts under steady variable stress, checking on the degree of safety in dangerous sections of parts and evaluation on the reliability for the purpose of reach?ing design requirements must always be kept in mind. It is difficult to evaluate the reliability of dangerous sections, because the allowable ultimate stress changes with increased working stress. In this paper, some factors affecting the ultimate stress and life coefficient were studied, such as stress concentration, size and surface situation. A reliability design method of fatigue strength was obtained when the stress cycle charac?teristic is constant, and the working point is within the fatigue zone and. the plastic zone.
