大型复杂装备虚拟维修训练系统设计

摘要: 提出基于虚拟现实技术、虚拟样机技术和过程仿真技术的大型复杂装备虚拟维修训练系统设计方法。将系统划分为虚拟样机和虚拟维修过程仿真控制两大部分,虚拟维修仿真控制又包括虚拟环境生成和输出、人机交互、维修任务控制和虚拟样机及工具行为状态控制等4个模块,阐述每部分的组成和实现方法。在此基础上,重点研究基于维修知识描述网( MKDN)的维修知识描述方法,设计沉浸式虚拟维修训练系统仿真控制流程。所提供的方法和流程在某型导弹装备虚拟维修训练系统上得到了成功的应用。

Abstract: A method of constructing certain missile virtual maintenance training system was proposed based on virtual reality technology, virtual prototype technology and process simulation technology. The system consists of virtual prototype and virtual maintenance simulation control. The second part is made up of virtual environment generation and output, human-computer interaction, maintenance mis?sion control, virtual prototype and tools action and state control. The functions of each part and mod?ule were studied. Furthermore, the description method of maintenance knowledge based on mainte?nance knowledge description net (MKDN) and the simulation control flow of immersed virtual mainte?nance training system were presented. The methods and simulation control flow offered were success?fully applied to certain missile virtual maintenance training system.
