二硝酰胺铵与异氰酸酯化合物的红外光谱研究

摘要: 通过将ADN、ADN/N-100、ADN/TDI、ADN/IPDI分别在室温和45℃下处理后进行FTIR谱图分析,研究了二硝酰胺铵(ADN)与三种异氰酸酯化合物(TDI、N-100、IPDI)的相容性。研究表明,在室温和45℃下,ADN与N-100、TDI不相容而与IPDI相容。

Abstract: Compatibility of ammonium dinitramide(ADN) with three Kinds of isocyanates was investi?gated Dy Fourier transform infra-red (FTIR) spectrometry analysis. The isocyanates are N-100, toluene-2,4-diisocyanate(TDI) and isophorone dnsocyanate( IPDI). Three kinds of the mixtures com?posed of ADN with N-100, TDI and IPDI were treated at room temperature and 45℃,respectively. Consequently, it is found that ADN is incompatible with N-100 and 1DI,but compatible with IPDI under the experiment conditions.
