摘要:

本文首先从近代薄膜光学理论和最优化方法出发,得出若干多层增透膜设计结论。在此基础上,讨论了具有变折射率膜层的增透膜性能,研究了变折射率薄膜的单色光效应、计算方法、折射率剖面的分布对增透膜光谱性能的影响,以及变折射率的光谱效应的补偿和利用等。文章设计和稍备了一种在可见光区近乎无色的低反增透膜,提出了积分控制等新工艺。

Abstract:

This paper, starting from the recent theory of thin film optics and the mthod of optimization, first comes to several conclusions regarding multilayer e-anti-reflection coating design. Based on these conclusions, the performance of the anti-reflection coating with variable index layers is discussed; the monochromatic effects of the variable index layers, the calculating method, the influence of the distribution of index profile on the spectral performance of anti-reflection coating, and the compensation and utilization of the spectral effects of variable index are studied. This paper also introducesa method for the design and preparation of anti-reflection coating with little colour and low reflectance in the visible region, and new technologies such as integral control are presented too。
