摘要:

为了给柴油机电控系统提供喷油控制参数的修正策略,在1 台电控单体泵式涡轮增压柴油机上进行了燃油温度对柴油机性能影响规律的试验研究。试验结果表明:在一定温度范围内, 随着燃油温度的升高,柴油机的喷油压力和每循环喷油量近似线性地减小、最高缸内燃烧压力近似线性地减小、主燃期会近似线性地增加,最终导致有效功率、排气温度、进气压力近似线性地减小, 有效燃油消耗率近似线性地增加。

Abstract:

The effect of fuel temperature on diesel engine performance is studied by the way of experiments on an electronic unit pump turbocharged diesel engine, so as to provide the basis of revision for the control of electric system parameters. The experimental results indicate that the injecting pressure of diesel engine and injected fuel mass can linearly reduce, along with the increase of the fuel temperature. At the same time, the max combustion pressure linearly reduces,main combustion period in the cylinder can linearly increase. At last, the effective power and exhaust temperature and intake pressure can linearly reduce. The effective rate of fuel consumption can linearly increase.
