Research on Underwater Damage Test of Shaped Charge Warhead

摘要: 为提升水中兵器聚能战斗部对双层壳体结构的毁伤能力,设计了单球缺药型罩、圆锥-球缺组合药型罩和双球缺组合药型罩三种聚能战斗部侵彻双层水间隔靶板试验,探究不同药型罩结构的战斗部对水下目标的毁伤情况。通过靶板毁伤形貌对比分析,优选圆锥-球缺组合药型罩和双球缺组合药型罩方案各一种作为全尺寸战斗部样机,随后开展了水下全尺寸战斗部毁伤试验。试验结果表明:两种全尺寸组合药型罩聚能战斗部均能完全穿透10 mm非耐压壳体+1000 mm中间水层+40 mm耐压壳体靶板的双壳体舰艇结构等效靶板,并对后效靶板有130 mm以上的穿甲深度;相同条件下,圆锥-球缺组合药型罩总穿甲深度约为双球缺组合药型罩的1.6倍,表明其穿甲性能更为优异。研究结果可为水中兵器战斗部设计、舰艇防护提供研究思路与实验验证。

Abstract: To enhance the destructive capability of torpedoes and other underwater weapons shaped charge warheads against double-layer submarine structures, three types of shaped charge warheads were designed: single hemispherical liner, conical- hemispherical liner, and double hemispherical liner. Tests were conducted on a 1:3 scale model to evaluate the effectiveness of warheads with different liners against underwater targets. Through comparative analysis of the damage patterns on the target plates, one conical-hemispherical liner and one double hemispherical liner were selected as full-scale warhead prototypes. Subsequently, full-scale underwater warhead damage tests were conducted. Experimental results indicate that both full-scale shaped charge warheads can completely penetrate the equivalent target plate of a double-hulled submarine structure, composed of 10 mm non-pressure hull, 1000 mm intermediate water layer, and 40 mm pressure hull, achieving a penetration depth exceeding 130 mm into the subsequent target plate. Under the same conditions, the total penetration depth of the conical- hemispherical liner is approximately 1.6 times that of the double hemispherical liner, demonstrating its superior armor-penetrating capability. These findings offer insights and experimental validation for the design of underwater weapon warheads and the protection of naval vessels.
