高粘性含铝混合炸药药浆压剪载荷下安全性研究

Study on the Safety of Highly Viscous Aluminum-containing Mixed Explosives under Compression-shear Load

摘要: 为研究含铝混合炸药浆料在造粒过程安全性问题,考虑造粒过程含铝混合炸药药浆承受压剪载荷作用,设计含铝混合炸药药浆摩擦感度实验,分析了其点火概率分布特征,确定了含铝混合炸药药浆在压剪条件下点火临界剪切功率密度。将造粒过程分解为搅拌和挤出两大关键过程,利用ANSYS POLYFLOW计算软件,探讨了搅拌过程和挤出过程药浆流动速度、剪切应力以及剪切功率密度分布规律,分析了粘度变化对物料响应特征的影响。研究结果表明,搅拌过程安全性比挤出过程安全性低,这是由于剪切功率密度是由外界载荷和流动速度两种因素共同决定,而不是单一因素决定。造粒过程搅拌速率安全阈值为52 r/min。

Abstract: In order to study the safety performance of aluminum-containing mixed explosive slurry during the granulation process, the friction sensitivity tests of aluminum-containing mixed explosive slurry were designed, considering the aluminum-containing mixed explosive slurry during the granulation process was under the compression-shear load. The ignition probability distribution characteristics were analyzed. As the ignition threshold, the shear power density of the aluminum-containing mixed explosive slurry under the compression shear condition was determined to be 74607W/m2. The granulation process was decomposed into two critical stages, mixing and extrusion. By ANSYS POLYFLOW simulation software, the distribution of the flow velocity, shear stress and shear power density was discussed. Also, the effect of the viscosity change on the material response was analyzed. The results showed that the safety of the stirring process is lower than that of the extrusion process. It is because that the shear power density is determined by both the external load and the flow velocity, rather than a single factor. The safe threshold of the stirring rate in the granulation process is 52r/min.
