双侧向载荷下椭圆截面弹体结构响应分析

Structural Response Analysis of Elliptical Projectile Under Double Lateral Loading

摘要: 针对椭圆截面弹体高速非正侵彻混凝土靶弹体结构响应问题,基于任意截面梁弯曲理论引入中性轴概念,建立椭圆空腔截面自由梁在轴力-双侧向弯矩作用下的屈服响应模型,并结合数值仿真与现有实验验证了轴力-双侧向弯矩作用下屈服响应模型的可靠性。分析结果表明:与等截面面积的圆形弹体相比,椭圆截面弹体短轴侧抗弯能力减弱、长轴侧抗弯能力加强;椭圆截面弹体初始滚转角的引入导致弹体薄弱面中性轴的改变,当中性轴靠近长轴侧时,弹体的抗弯能力下降;若弹身进入塑性屈服状态,塑性区的位置亦随中性轴方位角的变化而出现在弹身不同方位处;所建模型可用于初步判断椭圆截面弹体在给定着靶条件下初期的结构稳定问题,为此类弹体结构设计提供指导。

Abstract: Based on the bending theory of arbitrary-section beams, the concept of the neutral axis is introduced. The yield response model of a free beam with elliptical cavity section under axial force and double lateral bending moment is established. Numerical simulations and existing experiment verify the reliability of the yield response model. The results show that, compared with the circular projectile with the same cross area, the bending ability of the elliptic projectile is weakened on the short axis and strengthened on the long axis. The introduction of the initial roll angle of the projectile with an elliptical section leads to a change in the neutral axis of the weak surface of the projectile. When the neutral axis is near the long axis, the bending resistance of the projectile decreases. Suppose the projectile enters the plastic yield state. In that case, the position of the plastic zone also appears in different directions of the projectile with the change of the azimuth of the neutral axis. The research results can be used to preliminarily judge the structural stability of the elliptic projectile body at the initial stage of hitting the target, and guide the structural design of such a projectile.
