水下接触爆炸下含横缝混凝土重力坝毁伤特性

Damage Characteristics of Concrete Gravity Dam with Transverse Joint Under Underwater Contact Explosion Load

摘要: 为满足施工、沉降和温控等要求,混凝土重力坝沿坝轴线往往分为若干个坝段,坝段间设置横缝。试验中以某72m高的混凝土重力坝为原型进行1∶100缩比,开展含横缝和无横缝的混凝土重力坝水下接触爆炸模型试验,采集并分析水下爆炸冲击波在坝前的压力特征,探究水下接触爆炸下含横缝和无横缝混凝土重力坝的毁伤模式。在此基础上,建立混凝土重力坝水下接触爆炸仿真模型,并通过与模型试验对比分析,验证数值模型的可靠性。通过数值仿真,进一步分析水下接触爆炸作用下横缝对混凝土重力坝毁伤特性和动力响应的影响。研究结果表明:水下接触爆炸作用下,横缝的存在会削弱坝体的刚度,含横缝重力坝的动能和加速度响应明显大于无横缝重力坝;横缝的存在,避免了坝颈的贯穿破坏毁伤模式,且正对炸药处坝体被完全压碎形成的爆坑主要沿纵向开展。

Abstract: In order to meet the requirements of construction, settlement and temperature control, concrete gravity dam is often divided into several dam sections along the dam axis, and transverse joints are set up between the sections. A 72 m-high concrete gravity dam is taken as a prototype for 1:100 scaling, and underwater contact explosion model tests of gravity dams with and without transverse joints are carried out. The pressure characteristics of the underwater explosion shock wave in front of the dam were collected and analyzed, and the damage modes of the concrete gravity dams with and without transverse joints under the underwater contact explosion were investigated. On this basis, the simulation model of underwater contact explosion of concrete gravity dam is established, and the reliability of the numerical model is verified by comparing and analyzing with the model test. Through numerical simulation, the effects of transverse joint on the damage characteristics and dynamic response of the concrete gravity dam under underwater explosion were further analyzed. The results show that the existence of transverse joints will weaken the stiffness of the dam under underwater contact explosion. The kinetic energy and acceleration response of the gravity dam with transverse joint is significantly larger than that of the gravity dam without transverse joint. The existence of the transverse joint avoids the penetration damage destruction mode of the dam neck, and the explosion crater formed at the dam body which is completely crushed directly to the explosives is mainly carried out along the longitudinal direction.
