有人与无人联合作战模式下的装备体系结构建模与效能评估

摘要: 随着信息技术在军事领域的应用日渐深入,未来作战向着智能化、协同联合作战趋势发展,呈现出典型复杂特征。运用美国国防部体系架构框架方法,对有人与无人联合作战模式下的装备体系结构进行多视图建模,进一步基于观察-调整-决策-行动作战环模型对装备体系结构进行效能仿真与评估分析。结果表明:该建模与评估方法较好地反映了信息化条件下作战对抗的本质,为进一步优化装备体系提供了理论支撑依据;该建模与评估方法可以为联合作战指挥、打赢信息化条件下战争提供定量的理论支持和信息链路导向。

Abstract: As the application of information technology in military becomes rounded and in-depth,future operations are developing towards intelligent and joint operations,and show multiple complexity. Department of Defense architecture framework is utilized to model the equipment system under joint operation mode in multi-views. Then the effectiveness of equipment system is simulated and evaluated on the basis of observation,orientation,decision and action operation loop model. The results show that the proposed method has the capability of reflecting the essence of operation under the conditions of informatization,offering theoretical support to the optimization of equipment system. Moreover,it provides quantificational support in theory and information-link orientation for commanding joint operation andwinning wars under informationizatoin conditions.
